The new app Nmbrs.hr helps HR managers to organize their core business in a smart and convenient manner. The app works likes a CRM system, however, it is not meant for managing customers, but for managing employees.
Nmbrs introduces new Expense Module
Every company has employees that pay for their fuel, meals, telephone calls and mileage. All kinds of expenses that are covered by the employer and reimbursed through receipts. Often these reimbursements are made via the employee’s salary, but there is no pay-slip specification. Nmbrs is putting an end to this with our new feature: the Nmbrs® Expense Module. The employee can now easily and quickly submit his expense and mileage claim. Following the manager’s approval (or approval through a self-set workflow), the receipt including a short explanation will appear on the interactive pay-slip!
Our team has grown considerably over the past few months, both in Lisbon and in Amsterdam. This means that our office at the Willem de Zwijgerlaan (Amsterdam) has simply become too small. We needed a larger space.
For some time now the integration has been available unofficially, but as of today it's official: the wage integration between Dyflexis Planning Software and Nmbrs® Payroll Software is a fact.
At first it seems like a small feature but in fact Nmbrs® gives the digital payslip a new interpretation. As of today it is possible to add extra data to wage components, such as remarks or attachments. An employee can see how his bonus has been established or where he got his fine, and it's just a mouse click away.
In 2014 Nmbrs® shifted borders to Sweden, with the ultimate purpose to expand the payroll and HR software internationally. Meanwhile the Swedish Nmbrs® is in a advanced development stage. Several companies are reaching the final stage of the test phase. This test phase will be completed after the summer of 2015. The official launch will take place after this completion.
From today it’s possible to process payslips and the year transition in 2015. From 29 December you can process the full payroll process of 2015 in Nmbrs®.
We are happy to announce that Nmbrs® now has the ISAE 3402 type II report available. Earlier this year we gave notice that we were working on this part of the Service Auditor’s Report. All while auditors have submitted an assurance certification for this part of the ISAE 3402 report.
ISAE 3402 report
The ISAE 3402 has two types of auditor reports, type I and type II. The ISAE 3402 type I report contains a description of the relevant processes and controls in the context of reliable data processing. Besides that the ISAE 3402 type II report will show the organization's description of controls and the suitability of it, this report can also show the effectiveness of your company processes of a specific period of time. Generally a period of 6 to 12 months.
We offer our clients the opportunity to look through the ISAE 3402 report in our office in Amsterdam. If you want to look into this report, you can contact our sales department via email@example.com or call 020-5849601.
Nmbrs® integrated with Cash. Thanks to this integration there is no more need to download and upload journal entries. With the help of the webservices from Cash, the journal entries of your compagnie (or several compagnies) can be sent directly to Cash. When using this coupling the journal entries are automatically split by period and cost center / cost type.
